World Future Energy Summit 2025 Kicks Off in Abu Dhabi
The World Future Energy Summit 2025, hosted by Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), opened today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) as a key highlight of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW).

The three-day event has positioned itself as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and action. High-ranking officials, including 13 heads of state, over 140 ministers, and government leaders, will join business and technology pioneers to advance the global energy transition and circular economy initiatives.
This year’s summit is poised to unlock significant opportunities, with discussions centered on a $10 trillion economic transformation potential. Over 34 sessions, featuring more than 70 prominent speakers, will delve into themes such as sustainable development, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), and innovative technologies to build a resilient, inclusive, and prosperous future.
The event will host over 30,000 attendees from around the globe, including government officials, industry leaders, and sustainability advocates. A central focus will be on the latest advancements in renewable energy, climate technology, circular economy principles, green financing, and sustainable urban development.
Interactive exhibits and networking opportunities will be abundant, with more than 400 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions in solar energy, eMobility, clean energy, water, and waste management.
The summit will also feature seven vertical conference streams, covering critical sectors such as solar & clean energy, water, eco-waste, sustainable cities, green finance, e-mobility, and pathways to achieving the global 1.5°C climate goal. These focused discussions aim to provide participants with in-depth insights into the latest developments shaping the energy ecosystem.
Held in a region dedicated to energy transformation, the World Future Energy Summit 2025 underscores Abu Dhabi’s commitment to driving socioeconomic and technological progress while championing sustainability on a global scale.
