SHO Malkiat Singh reported that in her complaint, Samkali, a resident of Dera Bassi, stated she had traveled to Sirhind with her four-year-old son, Yash, to visit her sister, Pooja. That evening, Yash and Pooja’s children went to partake in langar at Gurdwara Jyoti Swarup Sahib.
