Vivek Ramaswamy has surged in popularity following the recent Presidential debate, where he raised an impressive $450,000 in funds. This accomplishment has earned him the title of the “most surging GOP candidate”.

Replacing the current Republican front-runner, Donald Trump, on the debate stage, Ramaswamy delivered numerous standout moments throughout the event.

The initial GOP presidential debate provided contenders with a platform to directly address a national audience, and a substantial portion of the generated interest has converted into increased donations.

Entrepreneur in the biotech industry, Vivek Ramaswamy, has experienced a remarkable surge in fundraising since the debate on Wednesday night. The contributions amassed a total of $450,000. According to campaign spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin, the average donation has been $38, as reported by the Associated Press on Thursday.

Despite being a political newcomer and sharing the stage without the presence of the current Republican front-runner, Donald Trump, Ramaswamy managed to capture attention with his noteworthy remarks during the debate. He criticized certain candidates as “super PAC puppets”, accusing them of relying on “ready-made, pre-prepared slogans” to attack him.

Ramaswamy has mostly funded his campaign personally, raising an impressive $7.7 million in the subsequent quarter. This brings his total on-hand funds to over $9 million.

Among the contenders, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott took the opportunity to make a direct financial pitch during the live event in Milwaukee. He directed the audience to his campaign webpage “for additional details or to contribute.”

Former President Donald Trump, the presumptive nominee, did not attend the debate.

Additional campaigns did not immediately reply to inquiries regarding post-debate funding on Thursday, although some contributors are discussing it.

Contributor Hal Lambert expressed satisfaction with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s efforts while receiving an update in Milwaukee from senior campaign workers.

“Everyone is immensely pleased,” Lambert remarked in an interview. “I believe he performed admirably. I believe he avoided the onstage squabbles.”

Pete Snyder, a shareholder and DeSantis supporter, described the state’s governor as “strong,” “forceful,” and capable of getting his point of view across “without interruptions.”

The DeSantis campaign is not releasing the amount of money it has raised, but Snyder stated, “It’s evident through the donations that are coming in; we had a huge day.”

Several candidates employed inventive fundraising tactics to meet the Republican National Committee’s minimum requirement of 40,000 unique donors for participation in the debate. Some of these strategies proved successful, like the one used by North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, who offered $20 “Biden Relief Cards” in exchange for donations as low as $1.
