Trump Shot in a Rally in Pennsylvania

On Saturday, July 13, 2024, the ex-President of the USA, Donald J. Trump, was conducting an election rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, for the upcoming US presidential elections in November 2024.

A 20-year-old man, namely Thomas Mathew Crooks, fired a bullet at the ex-President while he was speaking on stage. However, the bullet brushed down Trump’s ear, causing an injury while narrowly escaping an attempt to his life. This was the first attempt to an ex-prez’s life after ages and the social media revolution. Donald Trump being an ex-President, was surrounded by United States secret service officers at the event , but the miscreant managed to take a shot at the ex-President. 20-year-old miscreant, however, was instantly shot by the secret service snipers.

Trump was immediately escorted off stage by US Secret Service agents and taken away in a motorcade.The district attorney also stated that Trump, who appeared to have sustained an injury to his ear in the shooting, will be fine and was promptly escorted by the US Secret Service. While the FBI is investigating the matter , the intentions or motives of the 20-year-old man on shooting trump is not known.

However, this is not the first attempt of murder for a US president, ex-president, Ministers minister; the US has seen several attempts like these before the social media revolution. John F Kennedy was shot dead in 1963 and Activist and Minister Martin Luther King Jr. was shot in 1968. However, in this new era , this is the first such attempt.

It has been suspected that the secret service that surrounds and protects the ex-President. More details awaited in the matter!
