Tragedy in Sawai Madhopur: Two Women and Child Killed in Vehicle Accident

A devastating accident occurred on Tuesday evening in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, claiming the lives of two women and a child. The victims were identified as Mota Devi, 55; Kamro Devi, 55; and a young girl, all hailing from Karauli district.
According to reports, the accident happened near Malarna Dungar when a vehicle carrying around 20 people overturned. The passengers were returning from a religious program when the mishap occurred. The injured were rushed to the Malarna Dungar Community Health Centre, where three were declared dead on arrival. Seventeen others were referred to the district hospital for further treatment.
The bodies of the deceased will be handed over to their families after a post-mortem analysis, as per police procedures. This tragic incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, highlighting the importance of road safety and vigilance.
In recent times, Sawai Madhopur has witnessed several road accidents, including a fatal head-on collision in a different part of Rajasthan’s Jaipur district, where a woman and her two daughters lost their lives.
