Shweta Sharda Wins Miss Diva Universe Title 2023

Chandigarh’s Shweta Sharda has won the Miss Diva Universe title for 2023, held in Mumbai. Delhi’s Sonal Kukreja emerged as Miss Diva Supranational 2023, and Karnataka’s Trisha Shetty ended up as the runner-up of Miss Diva Universe 2023. Now, Shweta Sharda will represent India in the 72nd Miss Universe pageant to be held in El Salvador in November at the end of the year. Sonal Kukreja will represent India at the 12th edition of Miss Supranational.
This year, the 11th beauty pageant invited married, divorced, pregnant, engaged, widowed, and transgender women to participate in the competition, and out of 160 participants, the top 16 were the finalists. The judges for the Miss Diva Universe were Abhishek Sharma (Fashion designer), Nikita Mahisalker (Fashion designer), Jatin Kampani (Award-winning photographer), Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu (Miss Universe 2021), Srinidhi Shetty (Actor & Miss Supranational 2016), Pratik Gandhi (Actor), and Sangeeta Bijlani (Actor).
Shweta Sharda is a Chandigarh-born model who shifted to Mumbai when she was 16 years old due to financial hardships. She is the daughter of a single mother and considers her the most influential person in her life, as she mentioned in the final Question and Answer round of the pageant. Shweta Sharda has worked as a dance contestant as well as a choreographer in many TV reality shows such as Dance+, Dance Deewane, Dance India Dance, and Jhalak Dikhlaja.
She considers her proudest life accomplishment to be working with renowned Bollywood celebrities named Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Mouni Roy, and Vaibhavi Merchant, the evergreen diva Madhuri Dixit. She has recently been seen opposite Shantanu Maheshwari, who is best known for his role in Gangubai, in a music album titled “Mast Aankhein,” sung by Zubin Nautiyal and Tulsi Kumar.
