Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated movie, “Jawan,” is set to unveil its grand trailer launch and connect with his fans at Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa. The action-packed film is scheduled for a global release on September 7. After meticulously safeguarding the film’s materials, with only a preview that debuted in July, the creators have now finalized the date for its trailer launch.
“I cannot help but celebrate the triumph of youth with all of you. I will be present at Burj Khalifa on August 31st at 9 pm, to rejoice in the spirit of ‘Jawan’,” Shah Rukh shared on his official microblogging page, X (formerly Twitter).
Shah Rukh, returning to the screen months after the groundbreaking success of “Pathaan,” will portray a dual role as a father and son in “Jawan.” This film marks his inaugural collaboration with Atlee, renowned for his Tamil hits alongside Vijay, such as “Theri,” “Mersal,” and “Bigil.”
The forthcoming trailer will be the fifth visual installment for “Jawan,” following the preview, the initial track “Zinda Banda,” the romantic melody “Chaleya,” and the third song, “Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya.” Anirudh Ravichander is the composer behind the music of “Jawan.”
Recently, Shah Rukh participated in an “ASK SRK” session on Twitter, where he responded to numerous queries regarding “Jawan.” In one tweet, he characterized the film as “a movie about women crafted for men.” He further teased, “No bluffing, the driving force behind the film is ‘Women’ – it’s a creation that caters to men! Hope everyone appreciates the blend of mainstream and sophistication…”
When questioned by a fan about his favorite aspect of filming “Jawan,” Shah Rukh answered, “Adorning diverse appearances and roles. It was a demanding endeavor, but witnessing the outcomes was immensely enjoyable.”
The movie boasts an ensemble cast led by Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, and Sunil Grover, among other talented actors. Additionally, Deepika Padukone makes a special appearance. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, “Jawan” has been both written and directed by Atlee, with Hindi dialogues artfully crafted by Sumit Arora. The film is slated for a trilingual release – Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu – on September 7.
