The action film directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, “Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire,” is scheduled to debut on Netflix India tomorrow, January 20, marking a huge milestone for fans eagerly anticipating the OTT release of the smash-hit movie. The movie, which debuted on December 22, 2023, and swept into Indian theaters, has already achieved an astounding Rs 400 crore at the domestic box office, solidifying its place as a blockbuster. Viewers can now enjoy the action-packed drama in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil languages thanks to its digital launch on Netflix.

Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a narrative about two friends named Deva (played by Prabhas) and Vardha (Prithviraj Sukumaran). The story takes place in the fictional city of Khansaar. The ensemble cast includes well-known actors like Jagapathi Babu, Eshwari Rao, Shruti Haasan, and Sriya Reddy.
Apart from its thrilling storyline, ‘Salaar’ has also made it possible to announce its follow-up, ‘Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam,’ which will start filming in March 2024 and be released in 2025.

While fans anxiously await the release of “Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire” on the streaming behemoth, Prabhas has also given them a sneak peek at his upcoming romantic horror film, “The Raja Saab,” which is helmed by Maruthi. The spectators for this next project are expected to be enthralled in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
