Rohit Sharma and Wife Ritika Make a Stylish Arrival in Mumbai with Blue Lamborghini Urus
India Captain Relaxes Ahead of Asia Cup and ODI World Cup
India’s cricket sensation, Rohit Sharma, is taking a well-deserved break from the game as he readies himself to lead the national team at the upcoming Asia Cup. After the recent ODI series in the West Indies, Rohit took some time off to recharge before his upcoming responsibilities. His presence has been missed in the ongoing West Indies and Ireland T20Is, where he, along with Virat Kohli and other senior players, is being rested. Making headlines beyond the cricket pitch, Rohit launched his cricket academy in California, USA, last week.
Upon his return to India, Rohit indulged in some leisurely activities, including a visit to an Adidas store in Mumbai. Accompanied by his wife Ritika Sajdeh, the couple was warmly received by fans and journalists outside the store.
Rohit Sharma’s Lavish Entrance Grabs Attention
What turned heads, even more, was their entrance – the duo arrived at the scene in a swanky blue Lamborghini Urus, a luxurious car with a price tag of Rs 3.15 crore. The video capturing their grand arrival has swiftly spread across social media platforms, capturing the attention of cricket enthusiasts and automobile aficionados alike.
Looking ahead, Rohit Sharma is set to lead the Indian cricket team in the much-anticipated Asia Cup, followed by the prestigious ODI World Cup taking place on home soil later this year.
While Rohit has celebrated several achievements in his cricket career, including T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy victories, the coveted ODI World Cup medal has remained elusive. With 648 runs in the 2019 World Cup, Rohit emerged as the highest run-scorer with an impressive average of 81.00 from just nine matches.
In a recent video, Rohit Sharma shared his excitement about the upcoming T20 World Cup, slated to be held in West Indies and the USA. He expressed, “More than just going and enjoying, there is another reason to come here (in the USA). Because you know the World Cup is coming. In June, there will be the T20 World Cup (2024) happening in this part of the world. So, I’m pretty sure everyone is excited. So yeah, we look forward to that.”
As cricket fans eagerly anticipate Rohit Sharma’s return to the field, his off-field activities continue to captivate the attention of his admirers, making him a true icon both on and off the cricket pitch.
