Robbers Kill a Man with a Knife in Delhi; 3 Suspects in Custody

In a tragic incident, a 25-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Delhi’s Mandoli neighborhood after resisting robbery. Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident, as confirmed by Police on Wednesday.

Salman has been identified as the deceased, according to the Delhi police. According to the Delhi police, the victim came into contact with a gang of attackers in the Mandoli neighborhood of the National Capital. Among the accused, Abhishek Thakur, 21, stands out as one of the primary suspects, while the other three are minors.

The horrifying episode began when the attackers approached Salman, and stole his phone and Rs. 500 in cash. When he tried to protest, one of the attackers put him in a chokehold and held him down. Abhishek Thakur ruthlessly stabbed Salman several times as they were fighting. Salman suffered several abdominal wounds.

The stolen phone was eventually sold by Abhishek Thakur for Rs. 1600 the next day. While the three accused have been arrested, the search for the four suspects is ongoing. “One minor suspect continues to flee,” said police officials.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the people, raising concerns about the safety of residents in the Mandoli neighborhood. Investigations into the case continue as the Police are working to ensure justice for the victim and his family.
