At the new Nalanda University campus, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Governor of Bihar Rajendra Arlekar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha, and other dignitaries were present to support the educational system.
