A sensational case has emerged from Meerut, where Gaurav Sharma, a manager at a publishing company, has leveled serious allegations against his wife, Ritanshi. He accuses her of having extramarital affairs, drug abuse, physical assault, blackmail, and plotting his murder. Gaurav claims to possess strong evidence and fears for his life.
Gaurav Sharma, a resident of the Bhavnapur police station area, married Ritanshi from Jagriti Vihar in 2012. He says the first year was spent with family, but due to her aggressive behavior, frequent beatings, and sudden disappearances, he was forced to move into a separate house. Even then, Ritanshi’s conduct reportedly worsened—she would often vanish for days and allegedly consumed drugs with male friends in Gaurav’s absence.
Following complaints from neighbors, Gaurav brought his 12-year-old nephew, Vansh Sharma, to stay with him. Vansh revealed disturbing details: unfamiliar men would visit Ritanshi in Gaurav’s absence, drink, and speak inappropriately behind locked doors.
Gaurav said he discovered proof of Ritanshi’s illicit affairs with four men—Ashish alias Sunny, Raj Verma, Kuldeep Chaudhary, and Aman Singh—through her phone and social media. He claims to have collected over 1,200 pages of screenshots and multiple videos as evidence.
Gaurav further alleges that Ritanshi owns two illegal pistols, supposedly provided by one of her male acquaintances. He believes she and her associates are planning to murder him to claim his ₹40 lakh travel insurance. He also recounted a 2013 incident where Ritanshi allegedly filed a false case against him and extorted money and gold under a forced settlement.
According to him, on December 3, 2024, Ritanshi assaulted him and abused his mother and sister. He has now approached the SSP, demanding immediate action and security for his life and property, warning that should anything happen to him, Ritanshi and her associates should be held responsible.
CO Sadar Dehat, Shiv Pratap Singh, confirmed that Gaurav Sharma submitted an application at the SSP office. The matter has been forwarded to Bhavnapur police station for investigation, and action will be taken based on the findings.
