Stampede at Haridwar’s Mansa Devi Temple Claims 7 Lives, 55 Injured

A devastating stampede occurred at the Mansa Devi Temple in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, resulting in the deaths of at least 7 people and injuring 55 others. The incident took place on the staircases leading to the main temple during a large gathering of devotees.
According to authorities, the stampede was triggered by rumors of potential electrocution, which caused panic among the crowd. The exact cause of the panic is still under investigation.
