In a shocking incident, employees at a CNG pump station located on the Delhi-Jaipur highway in Gurugram were subjected to a brutal assault by a group of intoxicated individuals. According to local police, the attack occurred last Thursday, when a gang of men launched a vicious assault on a manager and two attendants at the station.

The entire incident was captured on the fuel station’s CCTV cameras, which revealed the assailants using sticks to mercilessly beat the victims. Although two of the attackers were captured on camera, the remaining culprits managed to escape in their vehicle.

According to the police, the incident occurred at about 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning when an Ertiga car arrived at the Assam Oil petrol pump near Nakhrola village. In a highly inebriated state, the group demanded fuel from one of the station employees, fueled the car.

According to a statement from one of the CNG station employees in the police report, the situation escalated when another worker, named Akash, requested payment from the group. This request triggered the assailants’ aggressive behavior, leading to a violent assault on Akash with sticks. When the station manager and another employee intervened to help, they too fell victim to the attackers’ brutality.

Krishan Kumar, another employee at the CNG pump, also said in the complaint, “We used the fire extinguisher installed at the station to distract them. Then a few drivers and other staff members helped us catch two of them while the others escaped in their car. Sukhbir, Akash, and Biju were critically hurt in the incident and are receiving medical attention now.”

In response to the complaint, the police filed a First Information Report (FIR) at the Kherki Daula police station on Thursday, naming the accused individuals.

The two men who were arrested have been identified as Paresh and Naveen, both residents of Manesar. A search operation is currently underway to locate the remaining suspects.
