Entire Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor is Expected to be Operational by June

Lucknow: The NaMo Bharat (Delhi-Meerut RRTS) and Meerut Metro were seen running side by side on the same tracks during a trial run in Meerut on Tuesday, offering a glimpse of the upcoming high-speed transit experience.
By the end of June, commuters will be able to reach Modipuram in Meerut from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi in just 45 minutes.
As the final phase of the 82-km Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor nears completion, implemented by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), the NaMo Bharat corridor is India’s first Regional Rapid Transit System, designed to boost fast, seamless regional connectivity.
