Drone Strike in Belgorod: One Killed, Three Injured in Attack Near Ukraine Border
According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, the incident occurred at a checkpoint in the settlement of Oktyabrsky in the Belgorod district.

A woman died and three of her family members were injured in the aerial attack by Ukrainian kamikaze drones. The Belgorod region, which sits across the border from Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkiv region, where Russian troops have launched a major attack, has come under frequent attacks throughout the two years of conflict.
The governor of Belgorod stated, “A kamikaze drone attacked a moving car in which there was a driver and three passengers. As a result of the explosion, one of the women died on the spot while the others sustained serious injuries.”
The attack took place near a checkpoint at the village of Oktyabrsky, around 12 kilometers away from the Ukrainian border.
Gladkov has not clarified whether the deadly attack took place at night or in the morning.
