US President and Democrat candidate has agreed to debate with his republican rival Donald Trump setting highest stakes for the race to the white house. As stated by Biden “As you said ,anywhere ,  any time any place.”

On the other hand Trump called Biden “the worst debater.” he has ever faced, he stated , “I am ready and willing to debate crooked Joe at two proposed times in June and September.” He posted on social media.

There are key differences on the two sides remained in terms of engagement. Biden said that he would participate in both the debates under strict rules and regulations i.e to reduce interruptions on the other hand Trump demanded for a larger venue “for excitement purposes.”

Meanwhile Independent candidate Robert .F. Kennedy Jr in a new post on X (formerly twitter) claimed that he would take part in CNN debate on June 27 and will meet the necessary criteria before the deadline of June 20th. Now it remains if he would qualify for it as the ground reality seems to be different, according to Reuters/Ipsos polls showing only 13% of voters are like to vote for Kennedy, while the CNN debate electoral requires a sufficient number of state ballots to 270 electoral threshold and 15% percent on four separate national polls of registered or likely voters.

The first Debate on CNN will take place ON June in Atlanta, Georgia a major battle ground for both sides. Now the Biden aids think that they can hurt Trump with these debates, by exposing his stance on key issues like abortions while Trump aides could use the age  factor concerns for the voters as President Joe Biden is 81 this year . Both parties have also accepted idebate proposals from the agency ABC for a debate 10 September 2024.

According to professor Alan Schoede of North eastern University both candidates have remained under scrutiny due to the age factor . According to his book Presidential debates : Risky on campaign trials . He called it “one of the only moments in which the candidates do not have complete control.”

The first is being held after G-7 summit and after Trump’s trial in New York after the hush money trail case.888888
