The former Democratic presidential nominee announced his withdrawal for several reasons, primarily due to internal Democratic criticism. Meanwhile, their opponent, Donald Trump, saw an immediate lift to his campaign following the assassination attempt on him as the failed assassination moved the public and Republicans received plenty of emotional support. “Crooked Joe Biden was not fit to run for President and is certainly not fit to serve – And never was!” was what Trump wrote in his statement posted on Truth Social. He went on, “All those around him, including his Doctor and the Media, knew that he wasn’t capable of being President, and he wasn’t.”
The United States election poses a different dynamic to Global politics as the United States of America, a global superpower holds a very vital position in international instances and geopolitics, Washington has been the epicentre of Western decision-making over multiple global issues. Till now Biden’s camp has been a dire supporter of Israel, Washington does not want to lose its closest ally in the Middle East, while Ukraine in Europe, and Taiwan in the Indo-Pacific.

President Biden approved a $95 billion military aid package in April that will arm Taiwan, Israel, and the Ukraine. “When our allies are stronger, we are stronger,” Biden declared during remarks made at the White House.
With $60.8 billion, military aid to Ukraine accounts for the lion’s share of the package. Significant funds are allocated to replenish American defence inventories and billions are granted for the acquisition of American defence systems, which Ukrainian authorities have insisted are desperately required for months.
On the other hand, former US President Donald J. Trump has advocated for a loan deal of assistance, which can be forgiven by the President. $26.4 billion of humanitarian aid for Israel, the measure provides Israel with about $15 billion in military funding as it proceeds with its war against Hamas in Gaza and considers how to respond to Iranian attacks. $8.1 billion for Taiwan, to fight China, a third component gives Taiwan and other US allies in the Indo-Pacific area $8.1 billion in assistance.

The probability that Donald Trump will win is at an all-time high and given his open statements about his support for helping other countries, it is expected that he will prioritize the interests of the United States in all of his decisions.
In a post on Truth Social, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump stated that he had a “very good call” with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy of Ukraine on Friday and promised to use diplomacy to put an end to the conflict that is dividing Kyiv and Moscow.
His views on the Israel and Hamas battle differ somewhat from Democrats’ strong support, Trump has not yet stated how he will handle the situation if he gets the presidency. However, he has repeatedly criticized Netanyahu and Joe Biden for their mishandling of the situation. Recently, in an interview with Bloomberg Businessweek published on Tuesday, the 78-year-old stated clearly that “I think Taiwan should pay us for defence.” You know, we’re just like an insurance business.
