In a grand and splendid event, the team of “Jawan” ceremoniously unveiled the film’s audio track on Wednesday. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of the film’s cast and crew, including luminaries such as Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Director Atlee, and Music Composer Anirudh, among others.

Shah Rukh Khan candidly shared his sentiments at the ‘Jawan’ audio launch. He remarked, “Never before have I participated in an event of such cinematic significance. Tamil Nadu has historically contributed to some of the most exquisite cinematic creations, a fact I deeply admire. In the early stages of my career, fate blessed me with friendships with two stalwarts, Mani Ratnam and Santosh Sivan. Our collaborations on ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ and ‘Dil Se’ remain cherished memories. Subsequently, I had the privilege to collaborate with the illustrious Kamal Haasan on ‘Hey Ram,’ where I humbly attempted my first and only dialogue in Tamil. Additionally, the legendary Rajinikanth graced ‘Ra.One’ with his presence in a memorable scene.”

He continued, “Vijay Sethupathi eloquently spoke about themes of retribution and love. While retribution can be sought, love is sacrosanct and inviolable. It is this love that binds us all, and now it binds Jaffer too. I am confident that ‘Jawan’ will thrive, come September 7. During the creative journey of this film, Atlee was not only crafting a cinematic masterpiece but also nurturing his own creation, his son Meer.”

Shah Rukh Khan also extended his appreciation towards composer Anirudh Ravichander, saying, “Anirudh, my dear prodigy, who I regard as a son. He jestingly claims he can never miss my call, but my hope is for his success to soar so remarkably that missing my call becomes a testament to his accomplishments. I vividly recall the origins of ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’.”

Shah Rukh Khan shared an amusing anecdote, remarking, “Choreographer Shobi guided me to dance with such fervor that I felt akin to a madman. I had earnestly expressed my inability to match the dance prowess of Rajinikanth, Thalapathy Vijay, or even Atlee himself. Despite my reservations, Shobi’s skilled choreography had me dancing with such vigor that I bore marks on my thighs.”

The production of “Jawan” is skillfully helmed by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under the esteemed banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. Originally slated for a June 2, 2023 release, the film’s launch date underwent rescheduling due to impending post-production obligations. Presently, “Jawan” is poised to grace the silver screens on September 7, 2023.
