Amit Shah condemned Mallikarjun Kharge’s remark against PM Narendra Modi, labeling it as “distasteful and disgraceful.”
Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly criticized Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday for his remark against PM Narendra Modi, accusing him of unnecessarily involving the Prime Minister in his personal health situation. During a rally on Sunday, Kharge nearly fainted while speaking but regained his composure and stated that he wouldn’t die before seeing Modi removed from power.
Shah described the remark as “distasteful and disgraceful.” “Yesterday, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge Ji surpassed himself, his party, and its leaders in delivering a distasteful and disgraceful speech. In a spiteful display, he unnecessarily brought PM Modi into his personal health matters by claiming he would only die after ousting PM Modi,” Shah wrote on X.
Amit Shah remarked that the comment reflected the hatred and fear “these Congress people have of PM Modi.” He added that Congress leaders seem to constantly focus on Modi. “As for Mr. Kharge’s health, Modi Ji prays, I pray, and we all pray that he lives a long and healthy life. May he witness the creation of a developed Bharat by 2047,” Shah concluded.
